These are places that will help you to better understand the history and the culture of Belarus. This is a very religious country and one that was devastated during World War II. As a result, the infrastructure is still not as strong as in other countries in the area, but it is certainly better than it was a few decades ago. Near to Poland and often the way that people took to get into Russia, Belarus is a place where many people travel, but not as many stay. While it’s not a very large country, the roads are the best way to get from one place to another. The public transportation system is not as widespread as it is in other countries. The train station that is available runs through the town, but is often the site where people go in order to get to Russia’s other points of interest.
